| How (if at all) do you use Focusing in your professional life? | I am a Focusing oriented Coach, Counselor and Trainer since 2000 and founded the I-Focus-School in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I teach Focusing to clients individually, and to students to become Focusing Professional and to Health Professionals how to integrate it in their life and work. Since 2014 I am a TIFI Focusing CoordinatorNT and started in 2015 a Focusing education and empowerment program at Rusinga Island in West-Kenya in Africa. Background: After living and working in Cameroun and Kenya for 7 years and working internationally in a Dutch multinational for 17 years, I was educated as a psycho-social person-centered counselor, coach and trainer and started my own practice in 2000. I have myself specialized as Focusing Trainer, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Coach, Systemic Constellation Work, Trauma Work (a.o. Somatic Experience), Carl Jung’s individuation process & depth psychology, and the classic wisdom traditions Enneagram and Yjing. |
